Cancelling your membership

As there is no monthly contract you can cancel your membership at anytime. Your monthly subscription will keep roiling until cancelled. You can cancel by messaging the team via email or using the in app messenger. You can also cancel via your Stripe or PayPal accounts.

Where do I download the app?

Once you have created your account, you can download the app using the links provided in your log in email or using the links on the members log in page of the website.

How do I link up MyFitnessPal, Fitbit or MyZone to the app?

You can do this by logging in via the website (no the app) and going to the ‘Add Ons’ section. Here you will see the instructions to set these up.

What currency can I subscribe in?

The memberships are set up for USD and GBP. However, you can pay in whatever currency you prefer using my Stripe card payment facility or PayPal

How long is the free trial?

The free trial is unlimited. You can stay on it for as long as you want.

No. You can upgrade/ downgrade, start/ stop, whenever you like.

How do I upgrade/ downgrade my membership?

You can upgrade or downgrade as often as you like. If you are upgrading from the free trial you can use the ‘Pricing’ page on the website to select your plan and pay using Stripe or PayPal. Or you can simply put ‘UPGRADE’ or ‘DOWNGRADE’ into the in-app messenger and someone will be in touch to process your membership.

How do I work out my calories?

You can use the calorie calculator on the website. Failing that you can request help from the coaching team via the in-app messenger.

Where do I log my food in the app?

You can log directly into my app under the ‘Logbook’ section. You can also link a MyFitnessPal account to my app by login in via the website (not the app) and going to the ‘Add-ons’ section, where you can add your account.

Is the Standard Access subscription just generic workouts?

There is a lot of content on the Standard Access and while you may start out with a generic plan, it will evolve as you work through it based on the feedback you give the coaching team. We have a lot of training plans and a workout builder so if you don’t feel you are in the right plan, you can simply request a new one using the in app messenger.

Do you provide meal plans?

No. Meal plans are not a service we provide but we do provide you food tracking tools and coaching modules on how to use them and nutritional information. If you are on the Premium Access package your trainer will be able to discuss your nutritional support in more detail. You will be able to get access to, or even provide your own recipes.

Can I use your app to train at home?

Yes. Many of my members train at home and the training plans we have are adaptable to work in the home environment based on the equipment you have. Less equipment just means less variation.

How do I request a specific training plan?

To request a plan you can simply put your request into the in-app messenger and a trainer will be in touch to get you set up.

I can’t see a weight suggested in my workouts

While I will suggest most of the variables that make up your session such as reps, sets, rests – it is impossible to to suggest a weight for you to use. Some training plans come with a sheet attached to help you workout your loading but otherwise you can select the weight that best suits the sets and reps suggested.

Why can’t I see my reps, sets and weights?

Make sure that you press ‘Save’ anytime you input new data. This will save your notes in your workout and make it available to your trainer if you are using one.

How do I know how to follow my training plan?

Each session and training plan has a lot of detail to help you through. There are notes, demonstration videos and written descriptions on how to complete each exercise and session. You can simply press ‘Start workout’ and the app will show you what to do. If you need further support you can contact the team using the in-app messenger.

How do I use the workout builder?

The workout builder gives you a list of categories to choose from to suit your environment. For example, you may choose a Full Body – Intermediate category to suit your ability. You would then choose the relevant session (for example, Day 2). You then get to choose from a list of sessions (for example, Session A, B, C, D etc). When it’s time for your next session you can choose the next appropriate workout.

How do I contact the coaching team?

My in-app messenger is always available where you can ask the coaching team and questions related to your training. You will also receive messages and prompts here to help you navigate around the app. We will always aim to answer your questions within 24hrs.

Can I adapt my plan to fit around my lifestyle?

Yes. I understand that people have busy lives! For example, if your training plan suggests 4 sessions a week at an hour long and you can only manage 3 at 45 minutes, your plan can be adapted to make allowances for this.

Can I have my own online personal trainer?

Yes. You can have your very own trainer by subscribing to my Premium Access package for just 40.00 a month. Your trainer will design your plan and have regular check-ins with you on phone/ video calls.

How does your online personal training work?

You get to have your training plan, demonstration videos, coaching tutorials and access to the coaching team all via my state of the art app. This allows you to have your trainer with you whenever and wherever you are.
