How do I use the workout builder?

The workout builder gives you a list of categories to choose from to suit your environment. For example, you may choose a Full Body – Intermediate category to suit your ability. You would then choose the relevant session (for example, Day 2). You then get to choose from a list of sessions (for example, Session A, B, C, D etc). When it’s time for your next session you can choose the next appropriate workout.
